Thousands of animals are saved yearly from roaming the streets and bad parenting. These animals are cared for and protected from the harsh outdoors and preventable deaths by dog shelters. Thanks to these shelters prospective owners can adopt and thereby save the lives of many of these unfortunate animals. Sadly though, many animal shelters across the Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and lalitpur are not up to scratch when it comes to the services they provide and how they look after the dogs in their care. We provides home to over 5000
animals yearly. These include companion animals, exotic species, farm animals,
and injured or orphaned animals.  We are funded mostly through individual donations, bequests, and
corporate support. We provide extensive veterinary medical care as well as behavioral rehabilitation to the majority of

the dogs and cats that come into their care. Our services also include free
sterilization surgeries and rabies vaccinations to community cats and dogs,
educational programs for people like conducting marathon and other social activities. We are a few individuals that have come together to rescue and rehome animals. We want to ensure that any animals currently under our responsibility have the best chance of finding a home, but we also need to ensure we can share their stories far and wide. We started feeding street animals since 2009. We used to buy a cartoon of biscuits which we distribute to the strays from the part of our net income. After doing this for a couple of month we found the life of street animals very embarrassing. Tears rolled down many times from our faces. We started feeding the street animals in regular manner with an interval of two days in a week.

While feeding them on street we came to notice lots of dogs in the need of medical treatments. So focusing on them, we started raising funds for their medications. Along with that we gave more priority to pregnant dogs with regular follow up.

After that we aim to protect the pregnant dogs and their puppies from accidents and health problem by feeding them constantly with free adoption service (for puppies). Whenever we find the female dog giving birth to their puppies, they are brought to our home after couple of days and their adorable photographs are posted on different social medias like Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube and Instagram with contact details. After that either people text us a message or make a call then we asked them for a location and we drop puppies to their new home. When the adoption is done we also visit the place where we have dropped them for cross check and medications.
